Over 30 years ago, I took my very first group fitness class, and I was hooked! That one class led me to become a certified group instructor and personal trainer, and I’ve been coaching ever since.

I'm about high energy, great music and having fun while you work hard. Over the years, I’ve picked up a bunch of certifications; from cycling and aqua fitness to nutrition and cardio kickboxing, but what I love most is helping people feel confident, strong, and inspired.

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and military veteran dedicated to helping clients get "as strong as you can, for as long as you can." I specialize in helping clients increase strength, improve balance, and recover from injury/surgery so they can enjoy their favorite activities.

My clients include avid runners, golfers, softball players, pickleball players, skiers, and hikers. Whether your goal is to lift a trophy or lift your grandkids, I can develop a training program for you.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids as well as coaching Youth soccer.

We are a private studio, and sessions are available by appointment only. You can book a free intro class to experience the studio, coaching, and community with a low-commitment first step. If you already know you want more personalized support, a quick consultation for semi-private or personal training is just as easy.
