Semi-private training at FYT is designed for busy adults who want more individualized guidance than a traditional group class — without committing to fully private sessions.

How It Works

Semi-private sessions are intentionally limited in size so every client receives direct coaching and individualized programming.

Instead of everyone doing the same workout, each person follows a plan built around their specific needs. Your coach is there to guide, adjust, and progress your training every step of the way.
