How It Works

This isn’t a crowded gym floor or a follow-the-screen workout.

Our group classes are intentionally kept small so coaches can:

• Guide you through every movement

• Correct form and prevent injury

• Offer modifications when needed

• Progress exercises as you get stronger

• Make sure you’re challenged at the right level

You get the accountability and community of a group — with the attention of a coach who knows your name and your goals.

Each class is designed to help you:

  • Improve cardiovascular conditioning

  • Stay consistent without burning out

If you’re dealing with past injuries or limitations, we’ll modify movements so you can train safely and confidently.
