Those who want to experience a class, meet the coaches, and see what training at On Course feels like.

You’ll join one of our small, coach-led group sessions where every movement is guided and adjusted as needed. No pressure. No guesswork.

Perfect if you:

• Want structured workouts with coaching

• Prefer training in a small group environment

• Are getting back into fitness and want support

Our small group classes allow our coaches to give you real, personal attention, not just shout instructions from across the room. You’ll always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to do it safely.

Option 2: Schedule a Consultation

This Is Best for:

Those who want a more personalized plan or have specific goals, injuries, or limitations.

During your consultation, we’ll:

• Talk through your goals

• Review your movement history

• Discuss any injuries or concerns

• Recommend the best path forward (Group, Semi-Private, or Personal Training)

There’s no pressure — just a clear, structured plan.

Perfect if you:

• Want individualized guidance

• Are returning after an injury

• Prefer more direct coaching attention

We are a private studio, and sessions are available by appointment only. You can book a free intro class to experience the studio, coaching, and community with a low-commitment first step. If you already know you want more personalized support, a quick consultation for semi-private or personal training is just as easy.
